Jilin University, founded in 1946, is a national key comprehensive university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education in China, and among the first batch of “Project 985” and “Project 211” key construction universities. In 2017, it was rated as one of the first groups of A-level “Double First-Class” universities. In 2022, six disciplines were listed in the second-round selection of “Double First-Class” universities and disciplines.
Jilin University offers a wide range of disciplines, covering 13 academic categories: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medical science, management, art and interdiscipline. 2. Instruction Language: For undergraduates, the instruction language is Chinese; For postgraduates and advanced students, generally Chinese, and English classes can be offered for some majors.
